What’s the way to rotate a map any angle? If not, is there any other way to realize it with c#?

At this moment it is not possible to rotate the whole map.
Some efforts have been made to make this happen, but they were not finished.
If this is very important for you and you have some budget we could put this request higher on the TODO-list.
As an alternative, you could rotate the whole control on your form.
