when I pasted the code “CreatePolygonShapefile.cs” to my project, the map background from the OpenStreetMap Map Server gone

I got it ,I set the radius too small ,when I set it to 1000000,use axMap1.Projection = tkMapProjection.PROJECTION_GOOGLE_MERCATOR;
I can see the circle in the mapQQ%E5%9B%BE%E7%89%8720190201150900
