How MapWinGIS can be used as a package on my app

I want to build my app into exe app but I must install MapWinGIS in C:\dev\MapWinGIS on my computer. How can I use MapWinGIS with some dll installed in my app instead of installing it on my computer at C:\dev\MapWinGIS
