Display JPEG Images Inside Shapefile

Dear All

I have displayed shapefiles from lat/ lon coming ffrom database on MapWInGIS map control. Now I want to display jpeg images of each shapefile inside its extends, how could I accomplished this, as JPEG images are not geo-referenced but I have lat/lon of each image.
