IHO S-57 format

Hello,
Is there a way to open nautical maps in IHO S-57 format with MapWinGis ?
Thanks in advance for your suggestions

We use the GDAL library to open any non-Shapefile format, and it looks like they support IHO S-57 (ENC) (at least for read-access).

So to do that, you would open what we call an OGR Datasource to open your files.
