I’m a longterm MapWinGIS user. We have some fairly large projects with MapWinGIS (And PostGIS etc.) still running in MapWinGIS 4.9.6.1 using VS2019.
To keep it up-to-date I tried to start testing 5.X - but no success so far.
The installer doesn’t include the Interop-DLLs anymore (Why?). Trying to build them from the unittests/interopCreator fails, because there is a missing reference to AxMapWinGIS (and I have no clue where to find this) - no chance to build the DLLs .
What to do? Can anyone please help?
This is, by far, the best and most developed mapping component (not only in the open source sector)!
