I would like to create polygon on (graphics) map window desktop to analyse the selected objects with in the boundary…
Kindly suggest how to create the plugin…

Do you really need MWv4.8? Can’t you upgrade to MW5?
For MW5 we have a template plug-in you can use.
In MWv4.8 you can also get the selected object. You can use the available ‘select by polygon’.
