Trouble opening a GTif file

When opening a Gtif file, it only shows all black. I tested it in another mapping software (QGIS) and it seems to open the Gtif raster file fine. Is there something wrong with my file or am I doing something wrong? The gtif raster file I’m using can be found here qtest.tif - Google Drive

I’m using MapWindow version 5.6.4.26196 x86, MapWinGIS version 5.2.4.10, and GDAL version 2.4.4.

Sorry for the late reply.

When just opening the tiff file I also get a black square. But after tweaking the settings I managed to get the right (assuming) image:

The tweaks I did:

  1. Change the render mode from Single-band grayscale to Color scheme
  2. Generate the color scheme
  3. Apply

Next edit the color scheme:

And change the first color to black.

Now go to the Rendering tab and change the transparent color to black:

The last step is to save the style so when reopening the GTiff the correct styling is applied:

This will create a qtest.tif.mwlayer file.
