Hi,

Have you installed 32bit MapWinGIS?

“You can create a 64-Bit version of you application and run it with the 64-Bit version of MapWinGIS, but you need to install the 32-Bit version of MapWinGIS as well to be able to use the control in Visual Studio. This is because Visual Studio cannot handle 64-Bit ActiveX controls.”
