How do I build MapWindow?

I builded MapWinGIS successfully.

• source : https://github.com/MapWindow/MapWinGIS.git
• VS2017, debug, Win32

I ran regMapWinGIS.cmd at D:\dev\MapWinGIS\src\bin\Win32

I installed Essenetial studio.
And when I build MapWindow5,

• source : CodePlex Archive
• VS2017, Debug, x86

I get the following errors:

How can I solve this problem?

You can start by downloading the source code of MW5 from the correct location:
MW5 @ GitHub

Do you have specific reasons to build the binaries yourself? We try to have up-to-date installers for both:
MapWinGIS releases and MW5 releases
